Cain is a playable character in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth.
He starts with the passive collectible Lucky Foot and one key. Cain has the highest movement speed out of all of the playable characters, but he is also one of the ones with the shortest range - tied with Azazel and Lazarus. Cain also has the highest luck stat out of all the playable characters.
