The Lump is a Monster in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth that appears most commonly on The Womb, the Utero, and The Scarred Womb floors. The Lump burrows underground, reappearing somewhere else. If Isaac gets too close, the Lump will fire a tri-pattern of three tears at him, then burrow back into the ground.
