The Mask + Heart (or the Mask and Heart) is a Monster found in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth that commonly spawns on The Depths, the Necropolis, The Dank Depths, The Womb, the Utero, and The Scarred Womb floors. The Mask + Heart is composed of two parts:
The Mask[]
The Mask randomly floats around the room, not able to float over rocks or holes, but rather spikes. When Isaac aligns himself with the cardinal directions of the Mask, the Mask will charge at him. The Mask is also invincible.
The Heart[]
The Heart randomly floats around the room, not able to float over rocks or holes, but rather spikes. The Heart will randomly shoot out tears in its cardinal directions. Once the Heart is killed, the corresponding Mask will die.
Trivia[]
- The Mask + Heart has no variants, but it is a smaller version of Mask of Infamy.
