The Mulligoon is a Monster in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth that is commonly found on The Basement, The Cellar, The Burning Basement, The Caves, The Catacombs, the Flooded Caves floors and sometimes The Depths, the Necropolis, and The Dank Depths floors. The Mulligoon runs away from the player, occasionally blowing itself up, spawning a bomb and shooting out tears, which it also does on death.
