The Swarmer is a Monster in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth that is commonly found on The Depths, the Necropolis, and The Dank Depths floors. It is a giant swarm of flies with a face that coughs up Attack Flies and Black Flies and spawns Pooters upon taking damage. On death, it spawns a Boom Fly.
