The Flooded Caves is the second Floor in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth. It has two stages, The Flooded Caves I and The Flooded Caves II.
Unique Features[]
- Mushrooms are present in The Flooded Caves. They will either contain nothing, Pills, Liberty Cap, toxic gas, or a Mushroom-themed Item.
- Enemies in The Flooded Caves have a chance to spawn "drowned" or "flooded", such as the Drowned Charger, the Drowned Hive, and the Drowned Boom Fly.
